How do I add new programs to My Guide?[ back to top]
What is an Interest?An Interest is anything that you want MeeVee to track for you. People, hobbies, TV shows, movies, sports, and channels are all interests that MeeVee can use to automatically update your Guide for you.

Why are the shows in My Guide two different colors?The shows that you "hearted" (favorites) are dark color. Shows that were added based on your other interests are light color.

How do I remove a program from my guide?To remove a specific program, click the "block" icon in the top right corner of the program. To remove an Interest completely, click on the Interest located on the left-hand side and in the pop-up, click "Remove from Interests".

What do I do if I can’t find a channel in the MeeVee Guide channel lineup?Go to "My Settings" to try a different television provider that matches your service. If you need more help, please use our feedback/support form.

The channel numbers in the MeeVee Guide don’t seem accurate. How can I fix this?This can happen if the television provider you provided is not correct. Go to My Settings and try a different program provider that matches your service. If you have tried this and can’t find a channel lineup that matches your service, please use our feedback/support form.

Why aren’t video previews available for every show?MeeVee strives to acquire all the content that is available for shows. However, sometimes none exist. We are in ongoing conversations with programmers to get everything that is available or becomes available in the future, and present it to you.

How do I view additional videos for a specific interest in the Network and Community Video’s section?The four most relevant options are presented to you. To view more, either click on the arrow. Alternatively, to view an entire page of video, click on the video grid icon on the top right of the page.

I am viewing the full page view for a specific interest. How do I get back to the multiple interest view?Simply click the three grid video strip picture at the top right.

What is the difference between Network Video and Community Video?Community video is user generated and usually created by an individual. A Network Video is professionally produced by a TV Network or Film Studio.

I added more interests than what is showing on the page. Where can I find my additional interests?At the bottom of the page there is a link called "Show All Interests."

I don’t receive all the channels that are listed on the Full Listings Guide. How do I get rid of the channels that I don’t have or watch?If you only want to view specific channels, you can add them into your "My Guide" by clicking on "Add Interests," then choose the specific channels from the "Channels" tab provided.

I found inappropriate content in community video…how do I remove or block it?We do out best to filter inappropriate content, however if you discover content that is objectionable, please send an email to support@meevee.com to express any concerns.

How do I remove a channel from "My Guide?"To remove a channel, click on the channel you wish to remove, and select "remove from interests."

How do I remove keywords or sources from my "Community Video" search results?On the left side of the page where the "Top Tags & Keywords" and "Sources" reside, click on the box with the check mark to deselect the undesired choice.

In the "On TV" schedule grid, how do I know which episodes are new?Episodes which are new this week are marked with a yellow "N" icon.
